Jesus Cures All – Daily Message
October 25, 2020
Sunday morning and time for humor, music, pictures, stories, and videos…
It is the Sabbath and a time for contemplation and relaxation
Today’s theme – Salvation Story & Humor
Young Agnostic becomes Christ Follower after Hearing the Gospel
This is a great video during which we see perhaps one of the best presentations of why there is a God, why we need God and what God, through His Son Jesus, has done for us.
Please watch it.
While watching, I thought to myself ‘I wish I could be this effective in explaining the need for all people to have a one on one relationship with God.’ Little did I know that at the end of the video there is an offer to purchase a video series training anyone to do this.
I made the purchase and will provide you an update on its effectiveness. Praise God!
One More Thought
Time for a little humor…because now more than ever…we need a good laugh
That when everything seems to be going perfectly, something is wrong!
How to Get Noticed…
I was struggling to get my wife’s attention. So, I simply sat down, making myself look comfortable. That did the trick.
After leaving the horse track, Joe bumped into his old friend Jon on the bus.
“Say,” Jon said, “How’s it going?”
Joe responds, “I must tell you about a most amazing day. Tell me, what’s today’s date?”
“Right. The seventh day, of the seventh month. My son is seven years old today, and we live at number seven, Seventh Avenue. So, I go to the track at seven minutes past seven.”
“Let me guess,” Jon interrupted. “You put everything you had on the seven horse in the seventh race.”
“And he won!” Jon sighed.
“No. He came in seventh.”
Spelling B for Beginners…
People think “icy” is the easiest word to spell… Come to think of it, ‘I see why’.
Lord, we thank you for this life, for your direction, for goodness and for giving us a sense of humor. I pray that you all have a blessed Sunday and week ahead, wherever you are and however you can. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
